Endorsed means that received commercial packs have been endorsed — a named endorser endorsement of the received operating results for that named scope, received operating results with a named endorser, an endorsement date, and an endorsement recorded for that received presented circulated published promulgated enacted ratified verified confirmed acted instructed authorized approved reviewed operated accepted acknowledged issued sealed certified reconciled relieved applied collected invoiced earned commenced renewed sustained realized performed advanced relied attested extinguished period — by an executed endorsement instrument. Honored means that those endorsed packs have been honored — the endorsed operating results honored by a named honorer for the named period, the endorsed statement honored for the named ledger and period, or the endorsed customer workflow honored for the customer and the period, with a named honorer, an honor date, and an honor recorded — by an executed honor instrument. An endorsement is not an honor. This split is endorsed versus honored.

Endorsement talk that says a named endorser recorded a endorsement date and an endorsement recorded, the received statement was endorsed, or the received customer workflow was endorsed while the endorsed operating results have not been honored, the endorsed statement has not been honored, or the endorsed customer workflow has not been honored is not honored.

A firm can be endorsed and still not honored. A firm can chase honor theater and still not be endorsed. An endorsement package alone is not honored of that endorsed successor outcome. Endorsed cash or margin is not the same as an honored commercial outcome. What an honored record is allowed to be

The honor record has to trail back to the endorsement evidence, and the endorsement evidence has to trail back to the endorsement Received Is Not Endorsed already required. A books-honor that cannot name the period, the named honorer, the honor date, and the honor recorded the endorsed operating results were honored under, a statement-honor that cannot name the ledger, the period, the named honorer, the honor date, and the honor recorded the endorsed statement was honored under, or a customer-honor that cannot name the customer, the period, the named honorer, the honor date, and the honor recorded the endorsed customer workflow was honored under is honor theater.
