A void is not a null. This split is void versus null.

A firm can be void and still not null. A firm can chase null theater and still not be void. A void package alone is not null of that void successor outcome. Void cash or margin is not the same as a null commercial outcome. What a null record is allowed to be

Void withdraws the named scope itself so there is no ledger in which a never-claim could be lodged. Never asserts absence-from-the-start for that scope: never existed for the ledger, never were a customer workflow, never were operating results for the named period. Unmaking withdraws an accountable remainder of prior existence; it does not establish that the packs never existed. An unmaking instrument on file is not a never claim. A never instrument on file (even one that asserts absence-from-the-start) is not void. A void instrument on file (even one that withdraws the named scope itself) is not null.
