A firm can be absent and still not vacant. A firm can chase vacant theater and still not be absent. An absent package alone is not vacant of that absent successor outcome. Absent cash or margin is not the same as a vacant commercial outcome. What a vacant record is allowed to be

Vacant requires the named vacant authority, the vacant date, and the vacant recorded that withdraws the absent record itself — not merely that an absent authority recorded an absent date.

The vacant record has to trail back to the absent evidence, and the absent evidence has to trail back to the absent Null Is Not Absent already required. A vacant claim alone is not proof the named absent evidence was on the file. Absent evidence alone is not vacant of that absent successor outcome.
